We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it allowed us fast access to all parts of the city. Additionally, the staff here were extremely friendly and helpful. From the receptionist to the chef, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the late checkout option, which allowed us to extend our stay till 7 p.m. The internet connection was also great, which was a big plus for us.
We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

An a king size bed was a bonus. Bed was comfortable, great night sleep. Set within just 1 mile, hayat mall is easy to reach.

It was fantastic to have access to free Wi-Fi during our stay at this hotel. We loved being able to conveniently visit one of our favorite attractions, Alkhaimah Theme Park, located just in front of the hotel.

The hotel's location was ideal for me, as it was close to the university and technical college. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided excellent service and made my stay more comfortable. The room was clean and had a fast and free Wi-Fi connection. I also enjoyed the delicious omelettes for breakfast.

Great stay over Christmas! the rooms were clean and comfortable, with ample bottled water. the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities.
The walls were thin, and some street noise could be heard at times. the bathroom could have been cleaner and better maintained.

Despite the minor setbacks, I got some good value for my money. The location was definitely a plus: it was near public transportation and convenience stores. I also appreciated the fact that I could check out later than usual. The staff were friendly and helped me navigate the city.
The room itself was not up to par. It was dimly lit and showed signs of wear and tear.
